Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 29, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use PattayaThailand.org, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, captions or screen magnification.
What we aim for
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. The site is built on Wix, which provides keyboard navigation, screen-reader labels and visible focus on its standard parts.
What we do
Pages use headings in order, so screen readers can jump between sections.
Images that carry meaning have text descriptions.
Text is set in sizes and colors chosen to be readable.
Menus, buttons and forms can be used with a keyboard.
Where we fall short
Some content is embedded from other platforms, including booking widgets, and we don’t control how accessible it is.
Older pages may not meet every standard yet. We fix problems as we find them.
Ask us for help
If something on the site doesn’t work for you, email info@hoodboxoffice.com. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We reply within 5 business days and will do our best to give you the content in a form you can use.
